Primus Warranty Services will warrant your building's full inner and outer construction envelope (Roof, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Appliances). Primus will render service up to the replacement of warranted items for a single-rate low monthly charge.
- $67.50 for Residential homes and
- $.30 (thirty cents) per square foot for commercial buildings.

- Prime Dispatch is fully integrated into the end-to-end client experience

- Each Tech is bonded and insured, a profile identifying the tech and his/her qualifications is sent to the client
